Brendan Flynn Speaks at Rally's Agile Success Tour

Pat Riley once said that ”excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” At ShopLocal we’re always striving to create something new or utilize technology to improve efficiency, and we always strive to do better. Brendan Flynn, who heads up our Project Management and Client Services, is one of the individuals leading the charge “to do better.”

Recently Flynn spoke at Rally Software’s Agile Success Tour here in Chicago. He discussed the success that ShopLocal has made with Agile contracts highlighting ShopLocal’s incorporation of both user stories and acceptance criteria into the contracts. According to Flynn, it’s all about customization, any company can “make Agile [their] flavor” in order to tailor the solutions to the needs of the company.
