UPDATE: More Web3D Examples That Will Blow Your Mind

Once becoming aware of all the current business uses of Web3D, it is like my eyes have been opened.  In just a few days I have run into many apps that are in some way, shape or form utilizing 3D technologies.  Here are the most notable ones that I hit:

• Amazon Windowshop Beta (pretty much a reaction to Border’s Magic Shelf)
• Holomatix – Blaze3D (do you like the ShopLocal nod?)
• Microsoft Live Maps – both the integration of Photosynth and Virtual Earth3D
• Make3D – coverts flat .jpg photos into a 3D model
